Bradley I. Mcilrath

Principal & Creative Director

Bradley’s influence on product and brand design has been commercialized at retailers across the nation; appealing to targeted consumer groups in Private Brands at retailers, as well as multi-channel distribution in wholesale, Branded product.  With tenure across retailers as Meijer, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Sports Authority, as well as fashion house Perry Ellis International, Bradley has built a diverse portfolio of experience designing product across 30+ brands within a range of Active, Casual Sportswear, Denim, Outdoor, Outerwear, Sleepwear and Swim categories across all genders; Men’s, Women’s, Kids and Toddler.

With a lifelong background in creative arts and design, Bradley attended Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) where he focused on the art of Fashion: mastering pattern drafting and grading, draping and concept development from inspiration to execution across fashion and art mediums.  Awarded the prestigious ‘Eric Gaskins Golden Scissors Sportswear Designer of the Year’ Award in 2005 for his Menswear Denim Collection, Bradley was recognized for his emerging talent and has applied these skills and knowledge into the business of design.

Through a passion for designing into the Consumer, Bradley has mastered the understanding of Consumer Trend and Demand through Observation and ‘Consumer Insight Best-Practices’.  Whether shopping the domestic market, to observing consumer trends in China, Canada, Europe and beyond, Bradley is able to appropriately translate the trends.  In addition to consumer observation, Bradley is active in the outdoors, including, Golf, Hiking, Paddleboarding, Running and Skiing and enjoys art, travel and tasting and adventuring with food across the world.
